First Children School - Online Lead Capture Microsite

First Children School is a specialized education and child care facility located in Fanwood, NJ. In January 2011, we worked with them to create an online, lead capture microsite. Currently, First Children School runs regular online ads and have been receiving great results, as far as the number of hits on the ads. But they had no way of asking for contact information from their visitors.
We created a 1 page microsite that slots between the online ads and their website. When a visitor clicks on their internet ad, they are directed to the microsite
Here, First Children School asks 3 questions pertinent to their organization and asks for contact information. Once this page is filled out, the visitor is directed to the First Children website. Now, First Children School has the opportunity to follow up with their online visitors, in real time, along with an intial understanding of what they’re looking for. Alternatively, the visitor may click directly through to the website if they don’t wish to complete the form.
This has been a great way to put integrated marketing to work. So far, 2,358 visitors have landed on the microsite and 200 of those, or 8.5%, have completed the lead capture form.
